• To extend lifespan, soak in 80°C warm water for 2–3 minutes before first use and briefly before each session to soften the bamboo.

• Avoid scraping hard against rough ceramic bowls or using in boiling water, which may damage or deform the whisk.

• After use, rinse with clean water, shake off excess, and air-dry in a ventilated place. For best results, place on a whisk holder (chasen-tate) to maintain shape.
