We aim to deliver your order swiftly and securely, wherever you are.
 

  • Processing Time: All orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. During times of high volume, orders may take up to 4–5 business days to ship. (Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.)

  • Where We Ship From: All orders are shipped directly from China to ensure freshness and the best quality control.

  • Delivery Timeline: 10–14 business days via standard shipping. (Delivery timelines are based on business days and do not include weekends.)

  • International Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping starts from $6.99. Heavy items (1kg and above) are charged $15 for shipping. Portugal orders are shipped via DPD air freight with a $15 shipping fee. All duties and taxes are covered by us, so you can shop worry free!

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing, and do not include weekends.

Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • How to Return: Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Due to food safety standards, opened matcha products cannot be returned.

Lost or Stolen Items:

Offday is not responsible for replacing items that are lost or stolen during or after shipment. Once delivery has been verified via tracking number, Offday is not liable for replacing the items. There have been instances where items were reported as stolen and replaced, only to later be confirmed as delivered to the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address Details

You are fully responsible for providing accurate address information at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted, we cannot send a replacement unless the items are returned to us. Once the original order is received back, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend it to the correct address.

Common mistakes include:

1. Missing apartment or unit number in the shipping address

2. Accidentally entering the billing address as the shipping address

We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect or insufficient address.
