HOW SHOULD I STORE MY MATCHA?
Keep your matcha in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best results, store it in an airtight container and refrigerate after opening.
IS YOUR MATCHA ORGANIC?
Our matcha is sourced from the tea fields of Zhejiang, China, where each batch is carefully cultivated and tested for quality. Learn more here.
HOW LONG DOES MATCHA LAST?
Unopened matcha can last up to 12 months. Once opened, consume within 1–2 months for optimal freshness.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide! If you spend over $50, shipping will be free. International shipping starts from $2.99. All duties and taxes are covered by us, so you can shop worry free!
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are calculated based on the customer’s location at checkout. Delivery timelines are based on business days and do not include weekends.
WHERE CAN I BUY OFFDAY IN PERSON?
At this time, we do not have any physical locations where you can buy offday — but please subscribe to our email and SMS list to get further updates on brand launches and news.
Orders and Returns
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER?
You can view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unopened and unused matcha products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
CAN I RETURN OPENED MATCHA?
Due to food safety standards, we cannot accept returns of opened matcha packs or tin.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
When you subscribe, you’ll receive your matcha automatically on a recurring schedule (monthly).
You’ll also enjoy 15% off every delivery, priority access to restocks, and a smoother Offday—on repeat.

HOW TO MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Your Offday subscription (matcha or hojicha) is fully flexible, you’re in control. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime directly from your account:
- Log in to your Offday account
- Go to Manage Subscriptions
- Select your subscription
- Choose to Pause, Skip or Cancel
All changes are simple and instant, so your Offday ritual stays smooth, on your schedule.
WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION BE SHIPPED?
Your subscription order will be processed automatically on your scheduled billing date, and shipped shortly after.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way.
